Blood in the waters is a group Animation project directed and created by Me with the aim to critique the cruel acts done by the fishing industry such as the descution of the coral reef and the mass killing of sharks for their fins and other large animals for physical product or commercial profit. This story tells the horros through the eyes of the animals affected - we are intorduced to Kaimana, inspired by the docile white tip reef shark, and Bubbles, a clownfish, who have a very enjoyable and happy life on the coral reef. Their happiness and lives come to a end horribly when humans arrive and catch them. They witness the horrors done to their friends and finally, watch as their home is destroyed cruelly for humans. This project is designed to evoke emotions from the audience and inspire a change.
